A native of Fairfield, AL, and a graduate of the University of Alabama, Jason boasts a diverse career in Risk Analytics, Risk Management, Relationship Management, and Executive Management with prominent banks such as Citizens Trust, Wells Fargo, Regions, First Commercial, and Compass Banks.

A seasoned financial professional with over two decades of experience in banking and investment, Matt’s career has spanned roles such as Series 7 licensed stockbroker, credit analyst, loan review specialist, special assets officer, OREA officer, portfolio manager, senior lender, interim CEO and chief credit officer. Matt holds a Bachelor’s from Auburn and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

A native of Birmingham, AL and graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Lou’s work has included providing services to political campaigns, government entities, and private businesses.  He is a member of Kiwanis and the J Mason Davis Leadership Society.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Birmingham Southern College. A banking professional with over fifteen years of his twenty plus years served in bank management, his experience includes community banking specialties, compliance, lending, deposits, and operations.
