A native of Fairfield, AL, and a graduate of the University of Alabama, Jason boasts a diverse career in Risk Analytics, Risk Management, Relationship Management, and Executive Management with prominent banks such as Citizens Trust, Wells Fargo, Regions, First Commercial, and Compass Banks.

Matthew Morris

Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer

A seasoned financial professional with over two decades of experience in banking and investment, Matt’s career has spanned roles such as Series 7 licensed stockbroker, credit analyst, loan review specialist, special assets officer, OREA officer, portfolio manager, senior lender, interim CEO and chief credit officer. Matt holds a Bachelor’s from Auburn and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

William Kent McGriff

Senior Vice President, CFO

A University of Alabama at Birmingham graduate, Kent has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. As CFO, he is responsible for accounting, internal and external reporting, budgeting and planning for Alamerica.

Steve Landrum

Vice President, Retail Operations

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Birmingham Southern College. A banking professional with over fifteen years of his twenty plus years served in bank management, his experience includes community banking specialties, compliance, lending, deposits, and operations.

Robert Holloway

Vice President, Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Officer, Compliance Officer, & Community Reinvestment Act Officer

Robert is a native of Birmingham and graduate of Huffman High School with bachelor’s degree and MBA from Samford University. He has over 35 years of experience in the banking industry, with over 30 years in compliance risk management and anti-money laundering. Robert’s banking risk management experience includes working with large multibillion dollar regional banks, smaller community-oriented banks, and financial services audit and consulting firms.

Diona Crowell

Controller

With demonstrated experience in both accounting and internal auditing, Diona has worked several years with government entities, ensuring compliance, transparency, and efficiency in financial operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Tuskegee University and a Master of Accountancy from Alabama State University.
