A seasoned financial professional with over two decades of experience in banking and investment, Matt’s career has spanned roles such as Series 7 licensed stockbroker, credit analyst, loan review specialist, special assets officer, OREA officer, portfolio manager, senior lender, interim CEO and chief credit officer. Matt holds a Bachelor’s from Auburn and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Birmingham Southern College. A banking professional with over fifteen years of his twenty plus years served in bank management, his experience includes community banking specialties, compliance, lending, deposits, and operations.

Robert’s banking risk management experience includes working with large multibillion dollar regional banks, smaller community-oriented banks, and financial services audit and consulting firms.
